Over 30 years of gold exploration and mining experience (Normandy Mining, Newmont Corp & Local Company).  

15 years of experience with publicly held company, which he developed into a company with a $3-billion market cap. 

Has worked on more than 5 new gold mines discoveries with deposits of around 10 million oz of gold and was responsible for converting 4 of them into producing mines.  

Worked for international and local mining companies. 

Managed numerous exploration projects in Turkey, Australia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Iran, USA, South Africa, Ghana, Uzbekistan, UK and Ireland.  

Ex-General manager of 2 publicly listed mining companies.  

Was actively involved in an international IPO and secondary offering worth over 300 million USD offer.  

Member of Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG).
